On a side note: I heard that term is worth over 10k/day if you are at the #1 organic rank. Great place to keep up to date with spam techniques, not that I would EVER do that!

@esvl It’s not as clear cut as that. Basically the PR drop you saw is a reshuffling of PR distribution on a whole and isn’t really correlated to selling links.

A ton of sites dropped in PR, and a lot of them did not sell links.

The old PR 5 for instance in most cases is now a 4, 3 is now 2, 2 is now 1 etc etc.

That just sucks, they drop the pagerank of people that sell links but then they may sell links? Just doesnt make sense.
