I just stumbled on Blogdesk.org and thought I would give it a whirl. It is a desktop interface that facilitates blog posting on multiple domains. I am a little hesitant it doesn’t give me enough control.

You are definitely going to have to know HTML to really make this work. There isn’t a full blown WYSIWYG editor within the interface itself, just a few standard buttons to spell check, bold, italicize, insert images, align left, alight right etc. etc.

UPDATE:

There are a few things I don’t like about Blog Desk right off the bat:

You cannot edit the page name, so you get this page being called blog-desk-review-this-is-a-review-and-test-at-the-same-time which is too long for my taste and has stop words in it.

Page Title and Post Title cannot be made different, they have to be the same.

You cannot add a description tag nor meta keywords (since MSN still uses them)

If blogdesk could simply fix the above snaffus then this platform would be badass, and could really save an SEO a lot of time.
